Lots of items on the to do in real estate management side this week. It was an emotional overload. I tried to stay as positive as possible even with the excess of incoming problems using the emotional goal setting. This was more helpful than I expected. I find them to be more of daily mantras that I remind myself of in order to stay aligned with how I want to feel every day. When you consider we truly are emotional creatures, it makes logical sense that reminding your self on how you want to feel would help you stay closer to goals.
