This week I focused on how connecting with other like minded people. When you are surrounded by people who bring compassion and drive, you feed of of the energy that you make together. I got to feel that pretty strongly by talking with a strong, but caring lady. Her name is Alexandra Allred, and she was the first female bobsledder, and she accomplished that while pregnant!
