Clumsily attempting to start maintaing personal goals

Here we go! Starting to take the steps hopefully of being financially free, and can honestly say I never thought that I would be the one to start a blog or anything of the nature. Life can be mysterious. I'll do my best to keep grammatical errors to a minimum, and speak as logical as possible. But there is a hunch I have, that things might not go to plan. So, apologies in advance for all up coming errors on my part. Also, for any terribly crass humor that may or may not accompany that all posts.

Let's get down to the nitty gritty!

Scott Rogowsky

Why am I starting a blog? Great question. I never really enjoyed being a self exhibitionist. In fact, personally gain much more joy thinking in my own mental head space. The answer is the potential financial freedom, and maybe the ability to connect with like minded people. That last part sounds a bit corny even for my taste, but it happens to be true.

My dream. My hope for life. My aspiration. It is strangely enough to basically start an adult community living house. I also know how silly that it sounds. Especially with the greatest of "stabilizing" element of all humans. So you may be thinking what is that even entail anyways "adult community living"? I think the easiest way to break it down is a senior living community, but with less restrictions on age. Parents, kids, grandparents, or any person all piled into close proximity sharing some common spaces, but gaining in life experiences. Still also maintaining a lot of personal space as well.

There are lots of reasons I could give you that inspired this idea. My father's and my constant interest in real estate, the happy documentary, and my foolish naivete in wanting a real community of people. There is also is a plethora of reasons it may be a fruitless effort. I'm sure that both the good and bad will be discussed at length. But the short and sweet boils down too, I think it's a worth while effort to make a living out of doing something good for my community.

There would have to be a community effort involved so I do not mean to presume that the answers are all set in stone. But there would have to be some rules, but more importantly a place where it could actually happen. That's where I would want to come in. My passion currently is working on fixing housing as well as renting properties. This is my greatest goal that I have ever set for myself.

So humbly I start the transition into the "blogger" spotlight and open my hopes and dreams for all to see. We will see how the cookie crumbles. It feels daunting starting to work towards a new dream, but as with all new dreams, a renewal of life. The spring in your step from thinking on good things to come.

I hope that the topic of multifamily housing interests you, but if not there will be other interesting topics for this blog. In addition to starting to work towards my dream, I will talk about what's going on in my real estate world, general repairs that I have been working on, and some steps I take for personal care. I'll be posting at least a video or blog weekly.

Till next time.
